The Kantara Identity and Privacy Incubator (KIPI) is a Trust-oriented R&D program operated by Kantara Initiative with grant funding from partner, Rutgers University, through its program, Command, Control, and Interoperability Center for Advanced Data Analysis (CCICADA).

The program comprises a series of applied research and advanced development pilots to improve identity management and privacy in real-world situations to deliver trusted services to citizens and customers, that in due course could potentially be commercialized.

The program is currently fully subscribed.
