NIST open discussion issues in light of SP 800-63 rev.4
- Eric made comments Comments on IAL1 update #1, https://github.com/usnistgov/800-63-4/issues/1. It states in the current version, there is :
- Eric commented that it is purely self attestation and there is no differentiation between a self attestation and going all the way to IAL-2IAL2. It seems that the opportunity is to create an interim level, self attestation and fair at least fair evidence verification and validation.
- It was added that Federal Agencies were looking for an Enhanced IAL1.
