Andrew Hughes commented that he is converting the raw markdown from github into DocBook structure. This is an XML-based document structure that is specifically designed to make outputting into all other output formats easier. I plan to include structural elements into the 63B doc that will allow us to toggle between "raw" and "Kantara" versions of the requirements. Try a structured document format, Docbook. Tag the text we can publish it in whatever format and the presentation we would like, html, etc.
