This year we announce t first publicly regulated Credential called an Open Notice Controller Credential. By regulated, it is a Code ‘Code is Law Law’ notice credential that is specified with regulation and international standards. It is used using an international standard security + privacy framework ISO/IEC for data governance interoperability. It’s intended use is to enhance the digital privacy transparency of a notice, notifications or disclosure.

It adds the next layer to notice record and consent receipt framework, for generating records of processing activities for people. Providing capability for new network architectures, where micro-notice credentials provide proof of digital notice and consent receipt tokens are used for exchange with the use of cyber-notaries.

It’s specified scope of authority is self-asserted and for the notice and context it is specified to be broadcasted so as to be remotely notified prior to data capture. The Controller Credential linked to, it is specified in the WG as self-asserted and DPT Level 0 for public use, and useable to broadcast digital transparency for enhancing dynamic digital notifications.

The Notice Controller Credential (for short) is specified to be a regulated controller credential as it is specified with ISO/IEC 29100 security and privacy techniques, and in referenced to Convention 108+, GDPR and ISO/IEC 29184,.
