To create a requirement please use the template provided. First, go to the "Sample Candidate Requirements" page, and then click on the ellipses next to "Create" above:

That will bring up this dialogue. Select PEMC Requirement. That creates a new document on the sample requirements page that you can edit and update.


After you have created the requirement, please remember to add it to the table or requirements
