In tech discussion we lose focus on the softer side; we need to work through the wider, holistic approach.
Don't look just at the user side transactions.
Don't get side-tracked by one technology
Parties should not be required to adopt one technology
Need for multi-platform identity brokers should be a given
User story should have acceptance criteria
Is there a need for testing organisational adoption process
Liberty has some formal testing protocols
