2) Review/ discussion of the queries Richard posted to the list (Richard - are you able to join the call?)
In tech discussion we lose focus on the softer side; we need to work through the wider, holistic approach.
Don't look just at the user side transactions.
Don't get side-tracked by one technology
Parties should not be required to adopt one technology
Need for multi-platform identity brokers should be a given
User story should have acceptance criteria
3) Update on proposed consumer research study
4) Review/ discussion of the car buying use case to start drilling down into that:
