This On 15 July 2011, the IAWG submitted the IAF 1700 US Federal Privacy Profile as a Draft Recommendation for a 45-day review period in accordance with Kantara standard operating procedure and for future submission of an all-member ballot. That period ended on 16 Sept 2011, and what follows is a series of comments relating to the draft Kantara document entitled Identity Assurance Framework: US Federal Privacy Profilecollected thereto. A discussion has been conducted over the list and on (minuted) IAWG calls. The responses below reflect the consensus of the wg, and will be incorporated by the editor. A formal disposition of comments will  be packaged with the final version of the approved document and forward by the wg secretary to the LC for their review and consideration. If approved the draft recommendation will be put to the membership for an all-member ballot.
