Define set SatisfiedPolicyCondition SatisfiedPolicyConditions (F) as the set of all scopes for which the client satisfies all relevant policy conditions at the AS.

Calculate the set CandidateGrantedScopes (G) as follows:
- G = CandidateGrantedScopes = RequestedScopes ∩ SatisfiedPolicyConditions;
