How to create a requirement
To create a requirement, please use the template provided. First, go to the "Sample Candidate Requirements" page, and then click on the ellipses next to "Create" above:

That will bring up this dialoguepage. Select PEMC Requirement . That creates a new document on the sample requirements page that you can edit and update.
and then click on the Use Template button on the right

After you have created the requirement, please remember to add it to the table or requirements
