The Bylaws below are from Kantara Initiativedated 02-02-2021 are the Bylaws currently in force, as amended by the Board of Directors, subsequent to the required 30 days notice given to members in December 2020.
The change from the previous Bylaws dated 05-03-2017 is in Section 4.2 where the Board has rewritten the text to remove the limit of 2 Directors at Large elected by members, to allow for any number of Directors at Large at the discretion of the Board.
