The Special Sub-Group formed to draft Service Assessment Criteria (SAC) for 63A at Identity Assurance Level 3 completed its work last Wednesday. The draft SAC (KIAF NIST SP 800-63A Service Assessment Criteria at IAL2&3 - KIAF 1430 v3.1.7) is attached to this email HERE.
As per its development process (https://kantarainitiative.org/trustoperations/sac-development-process/), the draft SAC is now ready for IAWG review, comment and approval. The principal editor presented this SAC during yesterday’s IAWG meeting and members approved a call for comments. Members also approved a parallel ’12 month review’ of all criteria, so please review not just the changes arising from the extension to address IAL3 but ALL criteria in this SAC.
