A use-case was brought to the groups attention, doing some validation so we can support it in the wild PEMC Final editing phase for the report, some final comments to address REUP - Resilient Identifiers for Underserved Populations started to look into minors (teens) who often don't have digital credentials will then look at how to pull all the work together across different sectors finding that most individuals do have smartphones (eg distributed through gov programs) ISI
