1. On Google account-button you get a un-pw-login screen but after that the (Oauth) "permissioning" screen is missing
2. The Equifax (infocard account-button)
   1. Needs to offer a registration option alongside the un-pw-login , showing credentialing formfields that you have (see the CREATE ACCOUNT button here)
   2. If you click CREATE ACCOUNT we need a registration page...instead of a real one I think it would be ok to create a nearly blank page that just said "If this was live (and not a demo) there would be a form here where your identity would be verified"
   3. After you get past the un/pw login form (a) or (b) above it needs to bring you to an i-card+active-client download page [PAUL to provide new HTML screenshots]--see Equifax download page for popup

Feedback on Version 2

Based on the ULX call of February 24th, we would at least like to make the following changes to version 2:
