• No comments were received during the Public Comment and IPR Review period that closed on September 21st at 3PM ET.

• Considering that there are some pressing sensitive commercial issues, such as our approved CSPs and applicants are waiting to the new and revised sets of Service Assessment Criteria to be published to conduct the corresponding assessments, due to customers requirements, it is requested to the LC to ratify the approval at your earliest convenience before the eBallot closing date.
