How to create a requirement
To create a requirement, please use the template provided. First, go to the "Candidate Requirements" page, and then click on the "Templates" on the top menu
That will bring up this page. Select PEMC Requirement and then click on the Use Template button on the right
After you have created the requirement, please remember to add it to the table or requirements
