Account Discovery/Knowledge
For any given account (e.g. a Google OpenID) three orthogonal, boolean conditions exist:
- User may or may not have an account (e.g. may or may not have an account on Google, or Ohio State, etc.)
- User either
has an add-on that knows that the user has this account or (ii) has an unmodified browser (or the add-on has no knowledge that the user has the account)
- The RP may or may not trust the account
