1. Roll Call

2. Minute Taker

Minutes were taken by Dervla O'Reilly.

3. Cookbook for massively scaleable solutions

Fulup Ar Foll presented on cook book approach. See presentation here.

4. Mind Map – architecture ideas

Offer authentication for SPs, there is an idea to accept third party authentication from other IdPs.

Telco could be a natural partner for relying parties for the IdP card.

What can the telco offer and how could they offer it?  There are several ways to position the IdP. Are there APIs to use as an identity service as there are general requirements.  SIM card is authenticated and more.

Keeping aligned with trust frameworks model – allow federation to interoperate (not needed on all technical levels).

Important for other telcos to identity what they want and are interested in.

North American charter is available for us to reference their frameworks (which include law enforcement, etc.).  Telco take as intro, look at U.S. use cases, do these cases apply for Europe/Scandanavian telcos?  Analyse, are they different, do they apply?  Look at the charter for ISO group.

Telco ID WP Usage of IDM Frameworks v0.2
The study = harmonization between REST and SOAP.
