1. Use Cases 
   
   1. Bob Tag Consents (with minimum viable consent) when providing explicit consent online
   2. Bob use the tag to check and see the compliance and quality of consent
   3. Bob uses a non-compliant policy to  withdraw consent, requires copy of information collected
   4. Bob provides a link to personal data store to the vendor
2. Split into 2 Phases
   1. Phase 1
      
      1.  draft a schema for the above actions, discuss and validate it
      2.  A metric of compliance to validate the legitimacy of the consent tag for use to with draw consent
         
   2. Phase 2 
      1. Research and Develop the use, implementation, and standardisation of the consent tag
