The Directors are delighted to nominate Renee Hunter (bio available here) to the Kantara Initiative Board of Directors.

In accordance with the Bylaws, Kantara members are invited herewith to APPROVE the election of Renee Hunter to the Kantara Initiative Board of Directors.

Eligible Voters

Voting Rules: A Supermajority (75% affirmative) of those voting in this All-Member Ballot.

Eligible voters: This All-Member Ballot is open to all members (both organizational and individual) in good standing of Kantara Initiative, Inc. 

  • Each member organization may cast only one vote.

  • The Primary Representative from each member organization should cast the member's vote.
