eBallot to initiate IAWG self-shutdown

Background:  Due to changes in Kantara Initiative's operations, IAWG will not serve the same purpose as it did in the past.  All action items have been closed and/or moved to Kantara Staff. 

Motion: To approve the self-shutdown of IAWG as a Kantara Initiative Work Group.  

Voting: CLOSED

**A Supermajority (75%) vote is required for the motion to pass.

Open/close: Tuesday, October 21, 2025 - Monday, October 27, 2025

Results: 7 out of 8 votes received (all eligible) approve the motion. Motion passes.
