Updates

• UMA-WG is active and ForgeRock undertaking pre-formative requirements gathering on UMA Interop testing.
• FI-WG has its SAML2.0 Int deployment profile published;
• FIRE-WG has early draft docs, mostly healthcare related;
• ISI-WG has 3 new projects around a Consent Framework and V2 of the Consent Receipt, additionally preparing publication of 2 Reports – one each for the Blinding Identity Taxonomy and a fine-grained analysis of Identifiers – both needed by the Decentralized Identity community).
• The mDL whitepaper from the STA (Secure Technology Alliance) that Kantara was involved in authoring the Trust Framework section, is published and discussions around a Kantara mDL working group continue as Kantara tries to find the sweet spot of work, where RPs/Verifiers, Vendors and Issuers get value. Kantara’s President has offered to facilitate discussions with AAMVA and Idemia’s customers, to get our work charter progressed. The work seeks Board support both in time and sponsorship.

  • Ken pointed out that he made the changes requested by the group last week and presented the final version of the set of documents. The plan is to  provide the comments to DIACC using the Comment Submission Spreadsheet provided for each component. Furthermore, in order to support the Comment Submission Spreadsheet for the Glossary, Ken will attach a PowerPoint file containing a diagram showing the relationships between the major components contained in the Glossary.
