Other comments:

• Greatly increased participation form Europe since the Paris meeting has seen us move the call time earlier in the day to make it a more sociable hour for the European participants.
• The WG is encountering some difficulty in gaining consensus on which Work Item(s) to pursue in 2011, either due to a general lack of resource, or a lack of motivation, or a combination of the two.
