Jim reported that LC reviewed the draft of the DII and suggested changes. Sal confirmed it was an older version that they reviewed. Noreen added the updated version in the Wiki.

Trust: change to more focus on trust.

Digital equity and inclusion

Sal suggested breaking up Goals into Purpose/Goals/Solution. @Justin Byrd will work on that.

ANCR Update

Sal described ANCR requirements (scheme for regulators to measure transparency and identity security, surveillance, privacy risks:

• Timing of notice

• Justification

• Content

• Does it meet legal requirements

• Usability

• Performance of delivering the right

• Proof of measure of security

Requesting funding from Kantara to create a receipt to capture the delivery of the notice (2FA) and then creates a consent token.

Entidad received a 4-year grant from Trust for Civic Life to build Farmworker Wallet OS. Will power orgs in rural communities to bridge the identity gap. Will extend OS with Bluetooth and exchange capabilities.

Use cases:

Mobile Driver's License support (going beyond TSA case with CA DL)

Working on human binding/credential binding aspect. Demoed 3D face scan but there will be a separate exchange triggered by a service provider. Want to be careful with Biometric data and other PII.

Jim will share some information from NIST to discuss but will start our meeting with a follow up discussion on the following:
