05m | Administrative / Kantara update
| Monthly LC meeting (3rd week) — WG update and ISO update both go on the LC agenda. TPI report for the LC — short report to be produced and put to the WG for approval. One-year anniversary of the TPI report — August 15. Plan something to mark it: review progress since publication, and where recognition can be claimed (ISC West, Council of Europe 108 work, industry/transnational uptake).

25m | Project — TPI report (Phase 1) | Review the write-up of Phase 1 findings. Scope so far is the public website only: nature of notice, cookie/notice deficiencies, privacy policy roughly six years old, response timing (reply received within 24h). Phase 1 explicitly does not yet cover wiki, mailing-list onboarding, or other related goods and services. Discuss how the TPIs are applied and what Phase 2 covers.

25m | ISO Liaison updates | Update to the controller identification record: taking TS 27560:2023 and updating it using the PII controller Appendix A of the TPI recommendation. Liaison report to note that TS 27560:2023 (consent record information structure) is proposed for elimination and replacement with a PII controller record of processing activity, a narrower, audit-oriented artefact. Position: preference for a multi-purpose, freely available record not controlled solely by the PII controller. Mark's NWIP / plenary activity.
