NIST/NCCOE	Jim Kragh	NIST and NCCOE creating a model bringing in private companies NIST 800.21, putting together .22 bringing in consumer Addresses IDEF efforts, not fully adopted but setting stage Tom: NCCOE uses Cybersecurity framework which goes beyond the grid. Focus is on data security on phone. Have not yet addressed using phone as a credential. We could propose to NCCOE how to use phone as a credential. Jim: Dr First had demo project with Humana on prescription service with patients.
