We progressed on the developer brief.
@iainh1 NA (Unlicensed) is going to post the invitie/advertise for people to apply to do the work, @Mark Lizar (Unlicensed) will share this with LC and Kantara
we will aim to pick someone by the end of May
the aim is to spread the 3k around a little, with some money for documentation for the demonstrator and some money for the design
@iainh1 NA (Unlicensed) is going to take the lead on managing the advertising and recruitment for this.
Aim is to get the demonstrator done in June with V0.7 being ready early June
