    • Megan is sorting out Wiki right to edit issue
  • Timeline reminder
    • Panel was not accepted at RSA
      • Group still wants to do a press release in mid-February
      • If Kantara does a "non-profits on the loose" event, there may be room for ID Pro at that
      • Still shooting for a launch in mid-February
  • Project teams
    • Leaders of teams should recruit other people, and reach out to Megan to set up meeting times and conference bridge
    • There are wiki spaces for each group - working out permissions now
  • Weekly meeting
    • Ian recommends moving to a less frequent call with another time
    • Sarah will go out to the team to ask what the right schedule will be

    • eventually we will have a group for members
    • For now we will try Slack and evaluate
