Our goals for the standard information sharing agreement are:

1. Define a legal framework for managing information shared from an individual to an organization for a directed purpose, where the individual maintains both access and usage control
2. Use simple, clear language
3. Cover a wide range of different, specific use cases & situations
4. Suitable for use in different jurisdictions, and cross-jurisdictional transaction
5. Use an appropriate IP-regime (copyright, database rights, etc.)
6. Be human, computer, lawyer readable
