To address legal questions and to support the effort to provide clarity in the grey areas of the specification we are collecting a list of legal topics. 

  1. GDPR Provides an excellent use case for mapping the consent receipt v.1 against the consent based legal requires. 

    1. Here is a link the spreadsheet for the mapping 

    2. We uncovered 3 potential fields for the receipt

      1. Joint Controller - has a few references and a whole article in the GDPR

      2. Recipients - this is an obvious candidate for the v.1.1 

      3. DPO Contact information (in addition to company contact) 

    3. We still need to go through some of  Jens. GDPR Comments
