・前回議事録
参加者を追加訂正のうえ承認

・議長推薦結果の確認

・PR対応について
(1)プレスリリースの配信について、
年内のプレスリリース総数が12回以内と想定し、全てのプレスリリース
を抄訳し、ML送付、Wiki掲載、報道機関配信を行う。ただし報道機関
配信については議長と国内広報にて妥当性を都度判断する。
KIよりなるべく早い段階でドラフトを入手するように努める。
プレスリリース以外のブログ記事等は含まない。

(2)メディアインタビューの実施について
5月より就任した新Presidentの9月来日予定にあわせて、国内メディア
とのインタビューを実施する。候補日は9/1(水)もしくは9/2(木)。
内容は今後調整可能。通訳費はセミナーと合わせれば拠出可能。
10月KI会合でのアップデートは含まれないことへの対応は別途。

・セミナーについて
(1)前回セミナーの報告
参加者約60名、アンケート回収数37
業種はSIが1/3、メーカーが1/3、職種は半分がエンジニア
過去参加経験ありが2/3、内容理解度はきわめて高い評価。
(2)次回セミナーについて
上述の新Presidentの来日予定にあわせて、講演を追加して実施する
方向とする。引き続き100名規模の会場提供を募集する。

・JapanDGについて
現在JapanDGは議長不在であるため、今後KIによりクローズされる。
今までのJapanDGは情報提供中心であり、また参加登録者はJapanWGと
ほぼ同じであるという認識のもとで、一定期間内でのJapanWGへの
移行を促す案内をKIより送付するように議長にて調整する。

・次回会合予定
今後原則として月例(Monthly)で電話会議を開催する。
次回7/14(水)16:00-17:00で仮決めとする

(Abridged translation)
*Press Release distribution
-in the expectation the total number of press releases is within 12 times a year, all will be translated and distributed to JapanWG ML and Japan WG Wiki
-as for domestic press distribution, chairs and Plusone will decide whether to distribute or not per each case condition
-chairs to try obtaining the draft from KI as early as possible
-subject is only press releases, other blog posts not included

*Media interviews
-to plan a press interview during the new president visit in September 1st or 2nd
-interpreter fee could be covered by Japan WG budgets if it's combined with the next seminar event
-note that any update of KI conference in October cannot be included

*Seminar
-Brief summary of the last seminar in April (60 participants, 37 questionnaires 50% engineers, 2/3 repeaters-1/3 first-timers, very high evaluation marks)
-the next seminar should be planned on the same day of media interview above
-continue to ask volunteering venues for 100 people

*JapanDG
-because Japan DG current chairman is open, it will be closed by KI in the future
-there were only a few traffic in DG and DG subscribers are almost the same as WG subscribers
-unless any objection, JapanWG suggest KI may notify JapanDG participants its closure with a suggestion to move into JapanWG for a
certain period of time

The next teleconference will be Wednesday July 14th 16:00JST tentatively
