・セミナーおよびインタビュー実施について
合意事項（担当、敬称略）
主としてエンタープライズ、サービスインフラの基盤構築に関わるターゲット層を想定。必ずしも技術者ではない。
基調講演を通訳込みで80分、IAF以外のKI紹介が1/3程度になるようにMatthewさんに依頼する。JapanWGとConcordiaDGのスライド案を送る(伊藤、坂本、金子)
時間割案についてwikiに掲載し、共有する（伊藤、講師）
定員見込みに達したので、以降の申込には受付終了の対応をする（伊藤、池田）
USTREAM中継は今回は行わない。
学認(GakuNin)様のパンフレット配布を認める。配布方法を確認（坂本）
講演の配布資料は原則なし。事前のデータwiki掲載は講師次第（伊藤、講師）

Consensus
- the target audience would be interested in infrastructure development for enterprises/services, but not necessarily be tech experts
- to ask Matthew-san to keynote in 80 minutes with consecutive interpretation and to balance IAF details and KI overview including JapanWG and ConcordiaDG
- to share an estimated timetable among speakers
- registrations will close now because seats are full
- no Ustream this time
- allow GakuNin to distribute their brochures at the seminar
- no printed materials of presentation, in principle
- asked for volunteers to share necessary tasks including support for speakers (Itoh-san), arrangement of interpreters (Kaneko-san), invitation for interview (Ikeda-san), reception and venue preparation (Yamada-san), facilitator (Itoh-san), openings and closings (Suzuki-san and Sakamoto)
