2. Updates

-          Privacy Assessment Criteria

• Bob is working on the assessment criteria should be done for next meeting
• Privacy Profile for ICAM Guidance, using NIST Privacy Controls will be used as a source.
• We need to work out a review and comment process

NIST SP 800-53, Appendix J, comment

• Decision to keep the comments general
• Draft comments for Monday and vote for Thursday,
• Anna will send to the list a draft for Fri 26th
• Comments are to be submitted for Monday 29th
• Ann D will be acting Editor, taking comments and suggestions from the list
• List vote on Thursday to approve a final draft which will be submitted on Friday.

3. Face-to-Face Meeting in Redwood City, CA, Oct. 20-21

• We discussed face to face meeting - there was interest for a meeting
• Friday 21st October - morning 9-10am is best for P3WG meeting - Anna will send message to Dervla.

4. AOB (Any Other Business) 

• Discussed recent German Decision against Facebook - insufficient notice posted to the list in relation to NIST privacy and notice controls.
