This year we announce t first publicly regulated Credential called an Open Notice Controller Credential. It is used for digital privacy transparency by adding and linking it to a notice.

The Controller Credential is a regulated controller credential as it is specified to ISO/IEC 29100 security and privacy techniques, and referenced to Convention 108+, GDPR and ISO/IEC 29184,.

It is used by any privacy stakeholder to access digital privacy transparency and privacy rights controls. It is open in many way but most importantly it is open for people.

It comes with 4 Transparency Performance Indicators

  1. Measure the timing of notice (before during or after data capture)

  2. Measures if legally required digital privacy information is present

  3. Measures the accessibility of requierd information in context

  4. Validates the SSL security certificate or token against the digital privacy information
