Instructions for adding new Minutes and Notes pages

To create a new page for tracking meeting notes, click on "Create" in the top menu bar of the wiki and select "Meeting Notes".

Make sure to:

  • Adjust the title of the new page to the format of "LC telecon \[Minutes|Notes\] YYYY-MM-DD"
    • "Minutes" are for calls that reached quorum
    • "Notes" are for calls that did not reach quorum
  • Record all participants on the call
  • Capture any motions made (if the call is at quorum)
  • Capture any action items
  • Include any notes taken from the discussion.
