Different jurisdictions have different rules that need to be combined if we are to have one way for a traveler to be sure that both are satisfied before going to the airport.

Airlines will maintain travel records with their internal frequent flier numbers if provided by the user.
Steps
Step | Description |
1 | User purchases a ticket to ride |
2 | User verifies that credentials needed to complete the travel from ticket vendor. |
3 | User can present credentials to a common web site that will apply all rules and tell the user if travel can be completed. |
4 | If the user is missing some credential, they are told how to mitigate the problem. |
5 | The user goes to the airport and is checked by TSA and gets on the plane. |
Success Criteria
If the user gets through the TSA checkpoint there is no further health test required to get on the airplane.
