  • Joe: draft script for Kickstarter   PARTIALLY DONE
  • Judi: follow up with Joni about contract - done, sent email to Iain for follow-up with Lucy
4. New Business

Quarterly reports

5. Car Rental Engagement Model

Rob: Maybe VRM doesn't work so well with commodity products when there are only so many differentiators. Car rental companies tend to be canonical. For reasons of efficiency and scale, companies have adopted a common, and limited set of parameters for offering products.

...

How would we do that in the context of Google? Google is very use-driven. You tell it what you want, it tries to get it.  But the opportunity is for an open, generic way for the system to ask clarifying questions back to the user.  "I want a car"  Might generate the response: "Will you be bringing your children".  In other words, not just keywords, but a conversation.

6. C/S Engagement Model

Joe will draft from outline created at IIW. Friday meeting, Iain & Joe.

7. Kickstarter Project

Joe will finish draft. Must get headshot videos this week from all three stars.

8. Action Items Review
  • Joe: Final draft script for Kickstarter
  • Joe: Quarterly Report
  • Joe: First draft of the Engagement Tools

...

  • Rob: Next round of Car Rental Engagement Model (with Open Travel Alliance's synthetic categories)
