Please note this Participant Roster indicates those participants who signed the Group Participation Agreement (GPA) for the Privacy and Public Policy group. Habitual non-attenders of meetings are at risk of being declared non-voting. Voting rights are re-established immediately when the participant attends a meeting.
While we appreciate that not everyone can take part in every meeting/call, please bear in mind that if you are registered as a voting member, you affect the number of votes or attendees needed to pass a ballot or achieve quorum. If that starts to hamper the Group's ability to get its work done, we may write to let you know that you have been swotched to non-voting, Observer status. You can restore voting rights immediately by attending a meeting.
Participants of any stripe always have mailing-list posting privileges.
