- Regarding CO#0900 item b), Mark King asked if it would be worth to change "Privacy Policy" with "Data Protection". It was agreed to add both, so now the criterion reads "Privacy/Data Protection Policy".
- CO#0140, Mark King pointed out that "timely manner" should be more specific, so the group agreed to replace it with "within a defined time period"

- Ken said that the last draft position paper was released released by DTA, Scope and Interoperability Position Paper
- Mark King pointed out the comments he made comments on the following papers: Administration of Charges for Digital Identity; Liability Framework; Privacy and other safeguards; Scope and Interoperability Position Paper
- Ken added comments on the Canadian government model to the draft of "Administration of Charges of Digital Identity" , the Canadian Government modelpaper.
- Tim added said that he commented on the Scope and Interoperability Position Paper and Liability Framework papers.
