Specifics of how data is being used in car buying scenario will act as anchor point. Use 11 steps to remind of context: big problem is that orgs will ask for info at every opportunity. Each transaction has 11 incremental steps. Trust is incremental. (-John McEwan?) Is also context-sensitive (Iain) and context-specific (Alan Karp, HP Labs) - can be embedded in workflow. What upsets people is lack of transparency in info flow practices.
