Group discussed the definition of a Transaction.

Discussion of presentation of data vs. presentation of a mobile credential

Group agreed to current definition in working form and will revisit if contradictions arise.

Follow up on Requirement 1.4 Selected Data Release (Providers)

Requirement 1.4 Selected Data Release (Verifiers) has been moved to be 4.3 Minimal Data Request (Verifiers) which looks a lot like 4.2 Minimum Data for transaction. It may be the case that these are duplicative and can be merged. Open for discussion now or when we get to the section on Data Minimization.

Discussed the combination of 4.2 and 4.3, group decided these are distinct requirements. Focus on adjusting language to clearly identify the intent of 4.2 to focus on pre-transaction data planning.

1.4 was confirmed to be correctly scoped as a selective data release requirement.
