Consider necessary changes to subject-focused criteria.
- Richard presented the proposed changes to the CO_SAC criteria which inherently address subjects/subscribers can be more broadly applicable in case of component services, which are the subject of the assessment.
- IAWG agreed on the Component-Service Consumer definition as it follows, which was added to the Guidance Column:
Component-Service Consumer: "an organization which may use the service functions provided by the Component Service which is the subject of an assessment.
Notes: 1) This term is limited strictly to this context of service assessments and the applicability of criteria.
2) This term is included within the very broad term "User".
- CO#0080 criteria were absorbed by CO#0900.
- Component-Service Consumers was added to CO#0900, CO#0120, CO#0130.
- Regarding CO#0900 item b), Mark King asked if it would be worth to change "Privacy Policy" with "Data Protection". It was agreed to add both, so now the criterion reads "Privacy/Data Protection Policy".
- CO#0140, Mark King pointed out that "timely manner" should be more specific, so the group agreed to replace it with "within a defined time period"
b. Second Phase of Australian Government Consultation on the Digital Identity Legislation - Kantara initial comments on draft position papers
- Mark King walked the group through his comments on the following GSheets: Administration of Charges for Digital Identity; Liability Framework; Privacy and other safeguards
- Ken added to the draft of "Administration of Charges of Digital Identity", the example of the Canadian Government on how they managed the charging.
- March 16th CoB EST is the new deadline to submit the comments to DTA.
