Iain flagged an emerging concern over multiple different groups looking at 'terms of service' as an issue, including VPI group, DataPortability group, Berkman Centre, Privacy Commons. Not sure how that will work out, but we should keep very focused on VPI contract as a very specific and new type of contract.
