Russ: a change request AL2_ID_RPV#20 - minor wording change

ACH - To find out where it went

Russ: Verizon UIS product - has gone through a transformation on March 1. Needs to find out how to transition to a new company name and retain compliance. Synchronos - a neutral company that does phone provisioning for other telcos. A joint venture 66% Verizon.
