- On 15 July 2011, the IAWG submitted the IAF 1700 US Federal Privacy Profile as a Draft Recommendation for a 45-day review period in accordance with Kantara standard operating procedure* and for future submission of an all-member ballot.
- That period ended on 16 Sept 2011, and what follows is a series of comments collected thereto.
- A discussion has been conducted over the list and on (minuted) IAWG calls. The responses below reflect the consensus of the wg, and will be incorporated by the editor.
- A formal disposition of comments will be packaged with the final version of the approved document and forward by the wg secretary to the LC for their review and consideration.
- If approved the draft recommendation will be put to the membership for an all-member ballot.
