Refund Policy
Kantara has a policy of no refunds except in the instance of an entity ceasing to exist. If a member organization is bought out by another, and if it requests a refund of the unused portion of the annual membership within 30 days of that being made public and providing a copy of or link to a publicly accessible notice stating that the organization has been taken over as written evidence, Kantara will refund the unused portion. For an individual, Kantara will refund the unused portion of the annual membership upon death of the individual provided the estate provides a copy of or link to a publicly accessible notice of death as written evidence.
