Consent Notice Receipts for UMA (and other Identity Protocols)

The integration of receipts for use in identity management  protocols is a long standing topic with UMA (User Managed Access) at Kantara.

The objective of this use case is to specify the use of receipts in UMA.

Since this topic started there have been considerable advancement in the Identity Management industry.  Besides UMA, there are now 2 more protocols,( besides OAuth )which the consent notice receipt should work with.
