Candidate Draft Circulated for comment

Earlier today, I circulated a copy of the draft report to the discussion group mailing list, along with a copy of a spreadsheet for comments. This week's meeting is cancelled, and I asked the group to get their comments back within the week so that I can update the group next Monday with respect to completing the comments and publishing the report.
