ANCR JTC 1 WG 5 - Use Case : 27091 Security & Privacy in Generative Ai

This Use Case presents a Standard Digital Privacy Transparency methodology to govern data in the use of generative AI.

Requiring a record and receipt and log of all personal data processing to regulate commercial AI. In this use case, the ethics and legality of LLM, which cannot show the providence of the data, and the permission to use data gained from scraping data with out consent or permission. Also presents the opportuntities for trust and addressing mis-information at scale.
