The one thing that your committee could (should) entertain is providing guidance about the third-party application registration process as I don't see anyone else doing that now. | Martin Smith (Unlicensed) asks if Colin could include in his presentation a clarification that apps (products) should be certified (vs. "developers.") Carmen says that is in fact the intent of the language. Group goes on to discuss idea of a real-time registry of certified products. Agreed that this is desirable and KI might develop such a service if funding can be identified. Tom Jones discusses Native Apps. per link in agenda. "Native apps" are often crappy. Need SAC developed as a basis for certification of medical apps. Certification process would generally look like current IAWG/ARB process for certifying conformance with Kantara IAF, but would add registry to support real-time trustworthy certification of conformance with the app SAC for medical apps. | ||
